Terry is a gem of a trader, he came to the rescue after another tradesmen took the money and only to find out cut corners and didn't insulate all the room on. Terry you can trust and leave him to get on with his job, not cutting any corners and will keep you posted and show you the progress, he even went out of his way to get me a new door, handles, locks and other materials, should me the actual invoice and got me trade prices. I would definitely use Terry services again. Thank you sir

Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. Richard was a nice, trustworthy person to have working in our home and we are happy to recommend him.

The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Our shower is now working again and it was all done in good time with no mess and good value for money.

This is the first time I have used this site and must say I am extremely pleased with the result. Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. He completed a number of fiddly jobs with no fuss and left the house tidy at the end of each days work. We would recommend Dan for good value and workmanship on any bathroom refurbishment.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
