I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

We were really pleased with the excellent work that was undertaken by JMG. JMG removed the rotted decking and old artificial grass that was in our garden and replaced it with Indian flagstones. They also replaced the garden posts to our fencing and replaced our wooden gate. JMG were reliable, efficient and very hard working. The team were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
