All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. Hired Boiler Beat Ltd via MyBuilder on a £300 quote to replace a full zone valve. On arrival, only the actuator head was changed (20 mins work) yet I was charged 2/3 of the cost. The actuator was left unscrewed with missing parts, wiring insulation was cut, and the valve operation remains unresolved. My messages since have been ignored. I will now need another engineer to complete the work and will be reporting the matter to Gas Safe.

Chris did a good job at first, he was professional and left the job clean and tidy. However, once the tap came loose a few months later, he ignored my messages. It appears there is no guarantee with his work.
I'm an excelent tiler and plumber with lots of experience. I do bathroom renovations; tile lobby floors, kitchen floors, splashbacks, chemineys etc. I have all the necessary tools and I can travel as a van owner.
