He did cut the tree, but did not remove the stump as requested in my add and then agreed. He then went to talk to neighbours, as I was out for a bit to withdraw money, to see if they had any work. I still paid him for the work. The options he offers on the phone need to be specific and in writing.

Roberto and his team got in touch quickly. Gave me a competitive quote. Then came the next day and completed the job which was topping off a very large eucalyptus tree. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
